Seeking the Truth, let the Bible speak and allow the Holy Spirit to teach you *End Time Spiritual Awakening 11* Revelation 1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. John describs our Lord Jesus Christ from the top of His head to the soles of His feet, and each aspect of His appearance spoke of His might, majesty, dominion, glory and power. 1. *His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow;* Christ rose from the dead, clothed with immortal youth and vigor. But He existed before creation so His white hair signifies His dignified office as the Ancient of Days, who is eternal and always the same in age from everlasting. Redeemer who is perfect through suffering, radiant in the glorious youthhood of heaven. Venerable in eternal wisdom, discernment and glory which He had before the world. It also signifies His monarchy, knowledge, mature judgment, majesty, authority, purity, eternity, experience, dignity, radiance, brightness similar to what occurred on the transfiguration.(Isaiah 1:18, 6:1, Dan7:9,13,22, Mat 17:2, Ex 24:10-11). 2. *His eyes were as a flame of fire;* that represents His supernatural understanding, infallible insight, inescapable scrutiny and inexorable power. His eyes are all-searching and penetrating like fire, with most excellent sight. His knowledge of the secrets of all hearts. His indignation against evil, especially at His coming and taking vengeance on all the ungodly. It denotes Christ’s grace in purifying godly souls as fire 🔥purifies gold. Christ bearing the pains caused by sinful Christians. The agony that the wicked put Christ through by trampling upon His grace. Christ eyes flame 🔥knowing that some of His children will face the intensity of hell torment. Also His wrath and anger against His enemies. (Rev 19:11-12, 20:9, Dan 7:9-10, 10:6, Jude 1:7, Eze 1:27.) 3. *His feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace* Jesus Christ's feet were flashing, glowing or fiery (red-hot), so bright like brass filled with fire 🔥. Like a beautiful metal glowing brilliantly in the midst of a furnace. This stands for the gospel Truth or the word of purity and holiness that glows and shines all over like brass. Brass represents the power or strength of the gospel Truth (the Word of God). The feet of the OT priests were bare in ministering in the sanctuary. The OT tabernacle and temple had bronze for making sacrifices for sin. The fire 🔥in the altar stands for God's judgment on sin. Christ died for our sins and executed judgment on all sinners that reject Him. The brass stands for the firmness of His appointments and the excellence of His proceedings in His way, counsels, and methods of ordering and governing the church. The apostles and ministers, of His church, run to and fro with the gospel and spiritual knowledge, for which, they suffer much, but their feets are permanently established firm and glorious. Beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel Truth. Christ in the manifestation of His wrath and vengeance will tread down and trample upon His enemies under foot *as if they burned in a furnace.* Christ has put satan under our foot so our feet are made stronger like brass in Christ which crush satan and sin in triumph. Daniel 10:6, Ezekiel 1:4,7,27, 2:8, 40:3, Rev 2:18, 10:1, 1Cor 15:3). 4. *His voice as the sound of many waters* represent the power of His word, which are loud and terrible to His foes, like the noise of the sea dashing upon a rock, or the shore. But calmer and sweeter to those who are His. The voice of Christ is strong, majestic, authoritative, sweet, calm and encouraging at the same time. His word stilled the sea. His Gospel, which is preached, are heard far and near and makes a great noise in the world. His voice of vengeance on His enemies will be very terrible and irresistible. (Dan 10:6, Rom 10:18, Psalm 65:7, 93:4, Ezekiel 1:24, 43:2, Rev 14:2, 19:6) Jesus Christ is full of mercies. His white hair, indicates His pure, kind intentions to purify His people from their sins. His feet and His voice speaks of righteous judgement, impending justice, and immense authority.
